Streetfootball LLP and our associates/partners/successors/permitted assigns ("Streetfootball","we","us" and"our") are fully committed to providing you a great service Reference to"you" in this refers to the users of the Perfect Pass platform (as defined below), whether or not you access the services available on the Platform or consummate a transaction on the Platform ("Users").
Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of booking is allowed upto 8 hours prior to the booked time ( time slot alloted to the user to come and use the facility/service ). The full amount will be refunded in case of cancellation before 8 hours prior to the booked time and refund will be made within 20 working days from the date of cancellation.

If the user cancels the booking after 8 hours from the booked time then there will no refund to the user. The management reserves the right to make a decision in respect of such refunds.

Transactions which are successfully debited by the payment gateway but not confirmed by Streetfootball system are deemed to be failed transactions. All such transactions are eligible for refund post reconciliation. In such transactions, money will be refunded in 10-15 working days from the date of reconciliation.
